Easy Ways to Pay a Loan
WAYS TO PAY YOUR LOAN
We offer several easy ways to pay your NASA Federal loan. Simply choose from the options below:
Set-It & Forget It with Automatic Payments
Log into Online Banking or our Mobile App to set automatic payments for your NASA Federal loan.
In Online Banking, click "Transfer & Pay" on the navigation bar, followed by “Transfers." From here, enter the payment information, click "Review Transfer," and if everything looks good, click "Submit Transfer." It's that easy!
If you’d like to pay from a non-NASA Federal account, you’ll first need to add your external account. To add an external account, select "More Actions" on the Transfers screen, then "Add Account," and choose from the available options.
In the Mobile App, tap "Transfers" from the bottom tool bar, then "Make a Transfer." Next, enter the payment information, tap "Review Transfer," and if everything looks good, tap "Submit Transfer." It’s that easy!
If you’d like to pay from a non-NASA Federal account, you’ll first need to add your external account. To add an external account, tap "Add Account" on the Transfers screen, then "Add Account," and choose from the available options.
Real-Time Payments from a NASA Federal Account
Log in to Online Banking or the Mobile App to make a transfer from your NASA Federal account to your loan. The transfer/payment is free and your accounts will be updated immediately after submission.
To make a transfer, simply click “Transfers," located on the navigation bar (under "Transfer & Pay" on desktop). From here, select your account, amount, timing, and include a memo if you wish.

Prefer to pay via phone? Call 1-855-612-1293 to make an expedited payment (by check or phone).
Mail a Check
If you'd like to pay by mail, please send your check to the following address.
Please include your Account Number & Loan ID on your check.
